Return Policy
Our commitment to an extraordinary shopping experience: We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (shipping fees are non-refundable) or exchange. Please allow transit time. After 20 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale. All items must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with manufacturer tags attached to the item. Include a copy of the invoice with your return and underline the item you are returning. In order to improve our store and products, please let us know why you are returning the item. Your feedback is important to us! Please understand we do not refund incurred shipping charges. We recommend using delivery confirmation or any other form of tracking when returning your item. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be traced (lost packages). Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Exchanges- If you would rather have an exchange for your item please email us at customerservice@ecoearthorganics.com to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange we will send your new order. Appropriate shipping charges will be applied to exchanges. Backorder Policy We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped out as soon as possible by standard ground shipping. Shipping Policies EcoEarth Organics products will ship within 5 days after initial order is placed. If you need to make special arrangements for shipping, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We do ship internationally. Please contact us via email to place your order so that we can offer you the best rate. CT residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders. Damaged Goods Policy If for any reason, your items arrives damaged, please E-Mail us at customerservice@ecoearthorganics.com to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive the damaged item we will send you your replacement. |
